Team,
March was a strong month across live production, sports packaging, and content. The volume continues to increase, and the consistency across teams, both on-site and in the NOC, has been excellent.
Below are a few highlights from the month.
This month, we released a new live production video featuring Andrew Ryback, highlighting how BMG approaches modern production as a connected system across on-site, REMI, studio, and cloud infrastructure.
Shoutout to Andrew for stepping in front of the camera and representing the Live Production Division. It’s not easy to translate what we do into something clear and concise, and he did a great job.
Also, thank you to George Rahman for handling the filming and editing. The final product came together well and reflects the quality of work happening across the team.

March was defined by execution.
Across the SIAC Championships in Morrow, Georgia, and the SWAC Tournament in Atlanta, we delivered back-to-back doubleheader broadcasts on ESPN+ and ESPNU. Multiple games, tight turnarounds, and consistent execution across both weekends.
These productions required strong coordination between on-site crews, mobile units, and the NOC.
Shoutout to Andrew Ryback and L.A. Waters for leading these productions as Production Managers. Managing doubleheaders at this scale takes planning, communication, and the ability to adapt in real time.
On-site, Jordan played a key role as Truck EIC in RMU-2, keeping everything running smoothly at the venue.
Inside the NOC, thank you to Matt Orlando and the rest of the team for maintaining consistency across switching, graphics, replay, and overall coordination.
And to everyone else involved across both weekends, on-site and remote, your work is what makes these productions possible.

BMG was on-site at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls for the NCAA College Hockey Regional, supporting the semifinal doubleheader and championship game.
This was a fully on-site production, with crews, equipment, and control all operating from the venue. Across back-to-back games and into the final, the team delivered consistent, high-quality coverage from start to finish.
Shoutout to Graham Taylor for producing the event on-site and leading execution throughout the weekend.
We also supported Henderson Silver Knights coverage this month.
Shoutout to Johnny McGrail for his work as Project Manager, keeping everything aligned from planning through execution.
Graham Taylor produced the show, with Jordan supporting as Truck EIC, Abbott handling Transportation Manager responsibilities and driving, and Frank supporting from the NOC.
The marketing team had a strong month, publishing 13 new pieces of content across blogs and thought leadership.
Check them out here if you haven’t.
Also, thank you to Mo Ataya, Todd Mason, Karen Landry, Dave Weiler, Andrew Ryback, and Dave Patchell for contributing insights and helping shape the content.
These efforts are critical in supporting our broader growth and positioning across the industry.
This month, we’re highlighting Martina Koleva, BMG’s Chief Financial Officer.
Since joining the team, Martina has played a key role in bringing structure and clarity to our financial operations. From budgeting and forecasting to reporting and process improvements, her work helps ensure the company continues to scale in a disciplined and sustainable way.
Thank you, Martina, for the consistency, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness you bring to the role. It is not overlooked and is a critical part of how we operate as a company.
We’re excited to welcome three new additions to the BMG team:
These roles support a range of work across production, graphics, and marketing, and come at a time when the volume and pace of projects continue to increase.
We’re looking forward to having each of you involved across upcoming productions and initiatives.
Welcome to the team.
Thank you to the following team members for their continued commitment to BMG:
We appreciate the consistency, experience, and dedication each of you brings to the team.
April is shaping up to be another busy month across live production and managed services.
We have a strong lineup ahead, including Teneo, Henderson Silver Knights coverage, the next Blue Origin launch, the start of the ProTour Golf series, and continued work with our managed services clients, VPM, Hilton, UBS, Meta Media, Chicago Access Network, and Schwab Network.
We are sending, Sean Wybourn, Tawfiq Rahman, Mohammad Ataya, Brian Casler, Zac Gaetano, Karen Landry, and me to the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention for four days, with back-to-back meetings with our industry manufacturing partners regarding current and future technology.
Thank you to everyone across BMG for the work you put in throughout March. The level of execution, coordination, and professionalism continues to stand out across every project.
The calendar remains full, but the preparation and momentum are strong.
Looking forward to what’s ahead.
