During his decade in television production, LA Waters has been a production manager for various sports properties with Turner Sports and ESPN, including NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, and NCAA sports.
L.A. is a proud HBCU graduate, earning his BA in Journalism and Media Studies with a concentration in electronic media. He continued his education at Los Angeles City College, studying Studio Television Production. He spent 5 years in the nonprofit sector, including three years with the Human Rights Campaign. He has participated in multiple Emmy Award-winning and nominated projects, including ESPN’s Monday Night Football coverage: A Well-versed Traveler. L.A. loves exploring new places, meeting new people, and caring for his dog, Biscuit.
