Broadcast Management Group’s consulting division serves clients who are looking to enhance, evaluate, or even start up a broadcast or production operation. We provide support for clients who are in all phases of the production lifecycle and advise on all core aspects of production – from creative to technical to staffing. Our consulting engagement begins by listening to your current needs and objectives, identifying existing pain points, and establishing what you’d like to get out of our assessment.
We want to hear about your vision going forward and where you see your organization expanding or evolving over the next several years. From there, we’ll present a formal budget and timeline to get you from point A to point B. Next, we’ll start conducting our research, interview key stakeholders at your organization (if needed), and begin to assemble our consulting report.
If part of your evaluation requires physical equipment, we’ll work on a proposed equipment list and budget range for implementing the needed technology. Once our due diligence and research are complete, we’ll deliver a final report outlining our key findings and a clear path forward.
