Our events team can support your upcoming activation by providing the technical resources and logistical support necessary to make your event a success.

About Event Management

Our event management team serves clients who seek technical and logistical support for live, virtual, or hybrid events. Broadcast Management Group will procure and manage all of the back-end infrastructure needed to support your event – whether it’s live or online.

Our events team will begin our engagement by learning more about your activation. We’ll work to understand your overall vision and assess the technical and digital components needed to support that vision. From there, we’ll develop a formal proposal and project budget, outlining an anticipated production schedule and mapping out the resources needed to execute your live or virtual event. Once the work is commissioned, we’ll get to work on lining up all of the necessary event resources. With a dedicated remote production facility and custom camera kit packages, we can send technical resources to any of your event contributors.

Live Events

We’ll stay in constant contact during our pre-event planning, keeping you updated on our progress and addressing any challenges or roadblocks along the way. When the big day finally arrives, we’ll be right beside you in the trenches, making sure your event runs smoothly. Our events team will be on-site or online, ensuring that your live or hybrid event runs smoothly.

Our events team provides clients with a single resource capable of meeting all of their live, virtual, or hybrid event needs. This allows you to stay focused on the big picture, while our team works hard behind-the-scenes. Our events team can help take your event from concept to completion with a national pool of resources and dedicated virtual event facilities.

We specialize in large and complex; experiential events, product launches, movie premieres, festivals, concerts, and roadshows. We handle everything from venue selection, talent, staging, rigging, lighting, audio, video, tenting, security, power etc.

BMG has offices in the top event markets in the United States including New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Washington DC. Regardless of the location, scale or complexity, BMG has the resources throughout the country to execute your creative vision, we’ll pull together the resources needed to make your project a success. Who is attending your event and how will they be interacting with it? We’ll start by learning which pieces of the event production puzzle you’re searching for.

Next, we’ll learn more about the venue – mapping out any known limitations or potential barriers. These details will help us map out the necessary production components – and to identify your labor needs; all to make sure your event attendees get what they came for. Once we’ve established the big ticket items, our team will obsess over every detail and logistic to make sure your project runs smoothly and successfully.
