David Patchell is a strategic HR and workforce leader with over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement across media, technology, and operations.
David started his career in manufacturing, where he built a strong foundation in HR through practical experience in hiring, training, and employee relations, while earning a degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, David led workforce development efforts, managing three NCWorks Career Centers before transitioning to Grover Gaming as a Recruiter and HR Generalist. There, he drove full-cycle recruiting initiatives, expanded hiring pipelines, and improved retention and hiring efficiency through data-driven strategies.
As Director of Workforce Managed Services, David oversees staffing strategies and operations for broadcast, production, and creative teams. He’s recognized for creating scalable workforce solutions and building strong partnerships, and is passionate about helping individuals grow while supporting organizational success.
