The Broadcast Management Group team provided overall event management for Charity:Water’s Well Dinner Series, a multi-city roadshow that traveled to Austin, Texas, Sonoma, California, and Miami, Florida.

Project Overview

The creative team brought the client’s vision to life by fabricating larger-than-life and interactive art installations containing inspirational quotes to align with the events’ Anthology theme including:

  • 8’x8’ arched entrance with custom fabric draping
  • 8’x8’ brochure wall
  • 8’x8’ neon framed wall
  • 8’x8’ framed TV monitor with wireless headsets
  • 4’x8’ mirror

The BMG team executed all lighting design and A/V needs for each unique venue which included a remote “glamping” site outside of Austin, a 600-acre private estate with a vineyard in Sonoma, and notable public museum in Miami Beach.

Other services provided include catering and bar packages, live music talent booking, floral design, and shuttle services.
