Broadcast Management Group was contracted to deliver comprehensive production technology services for Hexagon’s 7,000-square-foot booth at MINExpo, the mining industry’s largest trade show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Our team provided various services over the 7-day project, including engineering design, production technology, lighting design, equipment, convention center logistics, and skilled labor to ensure a successful event experience.
The project culminated in an impactful showcase for Hexagon as a standout exhibitor at MINExpo, effectively transforming their booth into a dynamic environment for engagement and interaction.
The main stage, featuring a 15-foot LED wall, was the focal point for live presentations and panel discussions, attracting attendees and generating buzz. With a robust camera setup and comprehensive audio support, BMG captured every moment, delivering a seamless production experience.
The lighting design played a crucial role in setting the atmosphere, utilizing over 100 moving lights to create an engaging and visually stunning environment. The combination of advanced technology and expert labor resulted in a successful event that met Hexagon’s goals and showcased its commitment to innovation in the mining sector.
