BMG consulted with the UBS architect and general contractor regarding the specifications for the facility, which included a broadcast control room, studio, and podcast studio. BMG designed and engineered the facility utilizing a REMI workflow, allowing for remote control and access to the studio. The facility is also connected to BMG’s broadcast hub, enabling UBS to augment its technical facilities, staff, and transmissions as needed. The connectivity to BMG’s hub also allows for disaster recovery capabilities. In addition to the technical facilities, BMG designed and installed the studio set and monitor wall.

Project Overview

UBS, a global financial firm, contracted Broadcast Management Group’s systems integration division to design and build a new broadcast facility at their US headquarters in New York City. BMG consulted with the UBS architect and general contractor regarding the specifications for the facility, which included a broadcast control room, studio, and podcast studio.

BMG designed and engineered the facility utilizing a REMI workflow, allowing for remote control and access to the studio. The facility is also connected to BMG’s broadcast hub, enabling UBS to augment its technical facilities, staff, and transmissions as needed. The connectivity to BMG’s hub also allows for disaster recovery capabilities.
