Executive Summary
Immersive Strategies contracted our live production and creative services teams to provide technical execution and support for a virtual fundraising gala for their client. Broadcast Management Group was responsible for developing a run-of-show, designing a graphics treatment, executing remote and in-person content capturing, and editing the full program.
Our live production team captured interview segments at a studio facility in Brooklyn using two cameras. All content was captured locally and transmitted via Zoom to remote producers who monitored and directed the program in real-time. Additional segments were captured via Skype
using BMG’s REMI broadcast hub.
Once BMG captured the interview content, our creative team edited six video packages using a mix of new footage, b-roll, and existing assets. Completed packages were featured as part of the 60-minute virtual gala. BMG’s creative team also designed the program’s full graphics treatment, including the show open, bug, transitions, lower thirds, and full-screen slates.
The final program was played out live to the organization’s YouTube page and embedded onto the virtual gala microsite.
