BMG develops graphics and show packaging that create a cohesive visual identity across live productions, broadcasts, streaming, and digital content.

Brand It Visually
A strong show needs a visual identity that is recognizable from the first frame. BMG develops graphics and show packaging that bring a production’s brand, story, and creative direction to life across the screen.
From show branding and motion packages to opens, lower thirds, transitions, data visualization, and real-time graphics, we create visual systems designed around the content, the audience, and the way the production is produced.
What We Develop
Show Branding & Visual Identity
We develop the visual identity that defines a show and carries through every element of its on-air presentation. From logos, typography, color palettes, and graphic styles to complete show packages featuring opens, lower thirds, transitions, bumpers, and segment identities, we create a cohesive visual language that strengthens brand recognition. That identity can extend across broadcast graphics, LED displays, virtual environments, and digital platforms, ensuring a consistent look and feel wherever the show appears.
Broadcast Graphics & Information Design
We design graphics that communicate information clearly while supporting the overall look of the show. From lower thirds and bugs to full-screen graphics to scoreboards, tickers, charts, financial data, and other information displays, we develop visual elements that support the story while maintaining the show’s overall identity.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Motion brings energy, context, and continuity to a production. We develop animated titles, transitions, stingers, bumpers, titles, and other motion elements that help create a polished and cohesive viewing experience.
Show Opens & Promotional Creative
The opening moments establish a show’s identity and set audience expectations. We create show opens, teasers, tune-in promotions, and other visual content designed to introduce programming, establish tone, and build recognition across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms.
Real-Time & Live Graphics
Live productions require graphics that can respond as the show unfolds. We develop visual systems designed for real-time data, changing information, live updates, and fast-paced production environments. Our creative team works alongside producers, directors, engineers, and graphics operators to ensure these elements are designed for both the audience experience and the demands of live execution.
Graphic Systems & Templates
A successful visual identity needs to work beyond a single episode or event. We develop graphic systems, templates, and reusable assets that help production teams maintain consistency across recurring programming, multiple platforms, and evolving content needs, while allowing flexibility for new segments, formats, and creative requirements.

Designed for the Show. Built for the Workflow.
A graphics package doesn’t live in isolation. It has to work with the format, editorial content, set, cameras, displays, data, production technology, and the people operating the show in real time.
Because BMG’s creative teams work alongside producers, directors, engineers, and production teams, graphics can be developed with both the viewer experience and live workflow in mind from the beginning.
The result is a visual system designed not just to define the show, but to perform with it.
Reimagining the Visual Identity of a Daily News Program
Case Study Highlight: The Hill – Rising
In 2023, BMG was engaged to help reimagine Rising, The Hill’s flagship daily political program, creating a refreshed visual identity that could give the show a more cohesive and recognizable presence on screen.
BMG developed a new graphics and show package encompassing the show’s visual identity, color palette, logo system, show open, lower thirds, transitions, and other on-air elements. The package was designed to create consistency across the program while supporting the pace and information demands of a daily news format.
But the work went beyond the graphics themselves. BMG also evaluated production workflows and control room operations to ensure the refreshed visual system could function effectively within the show’s day-to-day production environment.
The result was a visual transformation designed not simply to give Rising a new look, but to create a cohesive show identity built for daily production.
FAQ
Show packaging is the visual system that gives a program a consistent identity. It can include opening sequences, lower thirds, transitions, bumpers, title cards, graphic templates, animations, and other on-screen elements.
Graphics help audiences understand and follow what is happening on screen. They can introduce speakers, highlight information, communicate data, reinforce branding, and create visual consistency throughout a production.
Both. BMG can develop a complete visual identity and graphics package for a new program or refresh and expand the graphics for an existing production. Our approach considers the show’s creative direction, audience, production workflow, and the platforms where the content will appear.
Yes. BMG develops graphic systems that can be adapted across broadcast, streaming, and digital environments while maintaining a consistent visual identity. We also consider the technical and operational requirements of each platform so graphics can be implemented effectively.
When graphics are considered alongside the format, set, cameras, lighting, and production workflow, they can be designed to function as part of the entire broadcast rather than as standalone visual elements.
