Live Event Storytelling
BMG creates live event storytelling experiences that connect audiences to the moment through creative direction, content, visuals, and real-time production.
To Content
Tell the Story Live
Live events are filled with moments that can’t be scripted, and moments that must be carefully planned. Great live storytelling brings both together, creating an experience that captures the energy of the event while giving audiences a compelling story to follow.
BMG combines creative direction, editorial leadership, and live production expertise to shape how audiences experience an event as it unfolds. From developing the show’s narrative and identifying key moments to integrating talent, visual content, and live coverage, we create productions that are engaging, cohesive, and built for the unexpected.
Whether it’s a major sporting event, entertainment production, corporate gathering, or branded experience, we connect the people, moments, and stories that matter, bringing the energy of the event to audiences in the room and watching around the world.
What We Create
Live Storytelling Strategy
Every live event has a story. BMG develops the creative approach that connects an event’s purpose, people, and defining moments into a cohesive audience experience. We identify key storylines, programming opportunities, and audience touchpoints, creating a framework that guides the production while leaving room for the unexpected.
Editorial Direction & Story Development
The most compelling stories often emerge from the people and moments within an event. Our editorial teams identify the interviews, personalities, and storylines that bring depth to the experience, shaping content through research, planning, and real-time editorial decisions.
Live Show Direction & Storytelling
BMG’s directors and production teams translate creative vision into the experience audiences see and hear. From camera coverage and pacing to graphics, replay, and talent, we make real-time decisions that capture the moments that matter while balancing planned production elements with the spontaneity of live events.
Event Video & Visual Content
We create the visual elements that establish tone, build anticipation, and connect the moments of a live event. From show opens and pre-produced features to highlight packages, sponsor segments, and in-venue video, our content supports the event’s larger narrative and audience experience.
Audience Engagement
Great live storytelling makes audiences feel part of the experience. BMG develops creative opportunities for participation, from audience features and live reactions to talent interactions, fan contributions, and interactive segments that connect in-person and remote audiences.
Real-Time & Multi-Platform Content
The story doesn’t end with the live broadcast. BMG develops workflows to capture, edit, and distribute highlights, interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, and social-first content as events unfold and after they conclude. We extend the event’s reach across broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms.

Creative Storytelling. Live Production Expertise.
Great live storytelling depends on more than a strong creative concept. It requires the people, technology, and production workflows to recognize important moments and bring them to audiences as they happen.
BMG’s creative and editorial teams work alongside directors, producers, engineers, and technical crews throughout the production process. That collaboration connects the story we want to tell with the cameras, graphics, replay, audio, remote feeds, and live production systems needed to tell it.
Whether we’re producing from an event venue, a mobile production unit, or through a REMI workflow, creative decisions and live execution work together as part of one integrated production.
The result is storytelling that brings the moment to life.
Case Study Highlight: Amazon Prime Video Obsessed Fest 2026
Turning a Fan Experience Into a Social-First Live Entertainment Broadcast
For Prime Video’s inaugural Obsessed Fest in Los Angeles, the goal was to create an immersive experience celebrating the passionate fan communities surrounding its young adult programming. The event brought together exclusive first looks, celebrity appearances, interactive fan activations, and live programming throughout the day.
BMG partnered with Prime Video to translate that in-person experience into a dynamic, social-first live broadcast, developing a production approach that connected talent, fan interactions, event programming, and behind-the-scenes moments into one continuous viewing experience.
Combining creative show direction, multi-camera coverage, mobile production, and distributed REMI workflows, BMG delivered a 7.5-hour livestream designed to capture the energy of the event while allowing key moments to be shared across social platforms in real time.
The result was more than a livestream of a fan event. It was a live entertainment experience that connected the energy inside the venue with audiences watching beyond it.
