Kathy Samuels is an award-winning producer and media executive with nearly 30 years of experience developing, launching, and producing broadcast and digital programming across entertainment, news, lifestyle, sports, and branded content.


She has held senior roles at NBC, CBS, and ABC, helping launch major programs including Access Hollywood, Rachael Ray, and Katie. As Chief Content Officer at Joyus, Kathy led digital innovation, building a production studio and developing programming that combined storytelling, technology, and commerce. Her work has been recognized with Daytime Emmy, Telly, and Davey awards.

As Director of Creative Services at Broadcast Management Group, Kathy leads BMG’s Creative Services division, working alongside the company’s technical and operational teams to turn ideas into programming and live experiences built for broadcast, streaming, and digital audiences. Most recently, she helped guide the launch of the inaugural broadcast season of The Pro Tour, shepherding the project from concept through execution across five tournaments and five venues.

Kathy works with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life by connecting BMG’s core creative, technical, and operational capabilities into one integrated production approach. Drawing on decades of experience launching and producing programming, she helps clients shape ideas into executable production strategies, bringing together the right creative direction, technology, workflows, and production resources to deliver compelling experiences across platforms.
